*Only items purchased on our store (pitviper.com/ch) can be returned through us. If you purchased your item somewhere else, return them there.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Say Whaaaa?? Sure, but ask your friends and loved ones first because you might just be making one of the biggest mistakes of your life. Shhhh, it's okay we will take care of you.

 

Returns can be made within 10 days of the purchase date and items must be in pristine condition with all original packaging and accessories.

 

Here are the steps to do a return request:

 

Step 1: Go to into your account.

Step 2: Click on the order you'd like to return.

Step 3: Click Request return.

Step 4: Choose a reason for your request.

Step 5: Submit the request and wait for our answer (This usually takes 1-3 business days).

 

WARRANTIES

Did you manage to break your Pit Vipers? Okay. First of all, wow, we're impressed. You must be very strong. 

    DRAMATIC REENACTMENT WARRANTY VIDEO POLICY

    Lost? Stolen? At the bottom of the lake? Destroyed by your dog or your own stupidity? Sorry friend, if it wasn't the Pit Viper's fault it's probably not a warranty. Send us a video anyway though. Maybe we will help you out on your next pair or something. One time only.

     

    Here are the steps for your video:

     

    Step 1: Shoot a dramatic reenactment of how they broke.

    Step 2: Refer to the word 'dramatic' in step 1. WE WANT DRAMA.

    Step 3: Submit these three things to pitviper@intercycle.com 1. Dramatic reenactment video 2. Photos of broken pair 3. Original order number or proof of purchase.

    Step 4: We watch your video and critique the cinematic quality and direction.

    Step 5: Get replacement Pit Vipers, or a discount or something.
